I had been experiencing some issues with 1 of my halo collars. I used the dog park and was connected with Aisa B. She was very pleasant to deal with. We were able to quickly troubleshoot my problems and ultimately get a replacement ordered.

My dog got ahold of his collar

My dog got ahold of his collar and damaged the strap, case and one of the carabiners. Contacted the Virtual Dog Park spoke with Damien, he replaced damaged parts without a question. Quick and easy.

So far so good. Kadaija was kind and helpful. Unfortunately I was having issues so she couldn't walk me through fixing the issue at the time. So she sent me some things to try.
