We love our collar. Was easy to learn to use and train the dog to. Halo support is awesome. I would suggest a Halo collar to anyone.

Unfortunately had an issue with the collar, but a replacement was issued very quickly and we were back to normal. The collar is great and allows us to keep an eye on our pup at all times!

I love my collars. They do sometimes have issues, but when you do the team at the virtual dog park is phenomenal. Sierra B. was super sweet and extremely patient with my weird circumstances.

The Dogpark Support Team is excellent. I worked specifically with Kadaija. She was able to help me get a replacement collar since my current collar will not charge. It was a very quick and easy process.
