I have had the Halo collar for 7 months. Every time there is a firmware update you have to reset the collar. If you do not, it will shock your dog in the safe zone. I will be canceling my subscription.

I have had the Halo collars for all my dogs for several years. The collars work great. I spoke with Ricky West and he was able to guide me through the process of removing the collar I wanted to replace.

I contacted Halo through the Halo Dog Park. I was promptly greeted by Sabrina R. Sabrina told me exactly what I needed to do to make adjustments to the Halo software. She was very patient.

Antigonay Pender at the Dog Park was great!

Antigonay Pender helped me today at the Dog Park and she was great. I was able to get a video call in less than 10 minutes. Within 2 days the warranty replacement was already processed and approved!
