I have had the Halo collar for 7 months. Every time there is a firmware update you have to reset the collar. If you do not, it will shock your dog in the safe zone. I will be canceling my subscription.

Inconsistent feedback, unnecessary correction to my dog

I have purchased 3 collars. One collar consistently shocks my dog while he is well within range. This has happened on 3 different occasions. I worked with support this week to reset the collar.
