We have used Halo collars for roughly 2 years

We have used Halo collars to keep our fur babies safe for roughly 2 years. We love these collars and always we know where our babies are at all times. Halo collars are very durable. Calling Halo has always been a positive experience.

My dog got ahold of his collar

My dog got ahold of his collar and damaged the strap, case and one of the carabiners. Contacted the Virtual Dog Park spoke with Damien, he replaced damaged parts without a question. Quick and easy.
