The battery only lasts for the day

The battery only lasts for the day. The collar won't stay tight. The static isn't strong enough for the dog to even acknowledge. My dog runs through the boundaries. It's not worth the price.

My first call while it looked like the problem was resolved did not fix my collar issue. My second call picked up where we left off. Jacqueline was very helpful and offered to file the warranty claim for me.
