Absolutely awful experience

Absolutely awful experience. We have two collars and neither one works as it should. The gps is awful, the collar dings and beeps at random and worst of all the fence doesn't work. Tonight one of our dogs was nearly hit by a car.

Sometimes the collar works very well and sometimes it shocks our puppy for no reason at all. Unfortunately, it has too many bugs for me to trust this.

Subscription price doubled after 2 years, buyers beware

I'm really disappointed that Halo Collar has doubled the price of their subscription on us. It feels bad because now I'm wondering, are they going to double the price again in another year?

Have used Halo collars since they came out and would be afraid for my dogs to be outside without them. Any time they have been unable to help me get my collar working correctly they have replaced it.
