Lindsey was ever so helpful and was able to do diagnostics on the collar while I was on the phone with her. She could see the collar was not working properly and initiated a return while we were still talking.

Have used Halo Collar for about 4 months and the collar and beacons has overall worked well. 4 months into my subscription, they increased the monthly rate by 67%!

I had purchased a used older collar
