I had a problem with my GPS, not working. So I called them and they helped me through it and now my dog can go run around whenever she wants.

We love our Halo Collar! Our dog used to be the worlds worst about running off - after 2 weeks of training on our Halo Collar, he no longer runs off and stays within his boundaries! Tiffany was super helpful.

Darrell was amazing to help when I had issues with my collars. Unfortunately we are on our 3rd or 4th collars for replacement due to issues. Every time the warranty claims is easy but it's been frustrating.
