Halo Collar - game changer

My Halo collar has been a game changer for my dog and I. Had a couple issues with it, so called there support and talked to a person right away who was able to quickly solve the issue.

Halo has been very responsive. I had a collar that was not tracking and after much ado they sent a replacement. The replacement works in every regard except there are NO lights working on it. They are now sending another replacement.

We have only had the collars for about 2 weeks

We have only had the collars for our 2 dogs for about 2 weeks, but they work great so far! Tonya with the DogPark was extremely helpful when a charging cable didn't work upon arrival.
