Worst product ever

Worst product ever! I've had the collar for less than a year and it stopped working. The collar hardly holds a charge and won't connect to the app. I've been bounced around to another department.

Very happy with the app and flexibility of having one electronic GPS fence and two collars. The Dog Park support agent helped me with the GPS setting going off inside the house.

The speaker was hardly audible anymore on my Halo two+ collar. Kadaija B was very efficient and helpful. After only a few minutes, the Halo team offered to replace the collar.
