Very poor adhesion

About one week after receiving and applying my new pop socket to the back of my smooth hard phone case, the adhesive no longer sticks and the pop socket will not stay adhered. I tried washing the pop socket in hot water, cleaning the back of the phone case with alcohol, letting both dry for one hour, and then reapplying it. In less than one week, the pop socket was falling off of my phone case again.

Pop socket keeps coming off

Ive had pop sockets before but this one keeps falling off. My new phone has fallen several times. The case is good because my phone hasn’t broken but really bummed this keeps happening.

Pretty - but disappointing

This is the first grip that I have had a problem with working with my car vent mount (from PopSocket). It is too thick to fit in the mount. I ended up having to order a new (new version) mount for my car :(
