Phone won’t lay flat!

It’s pretty, but if you like to use your phone while it’s laying on a flat surface, you will not be able to with this pop socket. The gem stone prevents it from laying flat and it wobbles all over the place. You must hold the phone in one hand while using the other rather than while laying on a flat surface. It also makes it easy to knock it off of a surface dropping the phone. For these reasons, I find it dysfunctional.

This looks great but is super unstable when laying flat. Description doesn’t indicate this has bigger dimensions with a rounded surface, rather describing it as sleek. I have used PopSockets for years and requested a return. That said, it has been a several days and no response to the required return request.

Love the color. The case and popgrip together are pricey though. Popgrip is the same as any other but the color and material are nice.
