This is beautifully designed and captured the essence of Ravenclaw almost perfectly. The only issue is the typo on the inscription! It reads, “ wit beyond measure is is man’s greatest treasure. ” Also, the color is different than advertised. The blue behind the raven is a blue/green, while the picture shows the ravenclaw blue matching the base and the gem.

Does what it's supposed to do

This is a replacement for an identical grip purchased last year to match my tortoise Kate Spade case. Good match. (It somehow broke off on a flight. ) I have a whiteish/transparent grip that collapses when I try to use it as a stand. This style works perfectly. Maybe the solid color is stronger? Anyway, happy with purchase.

The only thing I have noticed is that getting it in and out of pocket it harder.
It sticks snoopy is not slick. But when you put your phone down it doesn't slide.
