Almost the perfect bag

Nearly perfect. If you could make this a hybrid bag.
Sling, tote and the option to remove the tote straps or better they double into a backpack.

This would be so ideal I spent hours in the NYC store looking at this and trying to make it fit exactly how I needed. Even to the point of trying to use other PD straps as backpack straps but the hooks aren’t in the right place.
Otherwise it’s perfect for what I need. Holds everything and organises it well.
