Unusable- the buttons do not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unusable- the buttons do not march up on the i phone 12 case I ordered. They want a video of it to show them that it doesnt work, when I asked to return it! Beautiful case, but a complete waste of money!

Only negative is the length of time to receive my order. All the advertisement stated “ships in 1-2 days” yet my purchase didn’t ship until 7 days after purchase.
