[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great product, but I accidentally ordered a 14 pro max instead of just the 14 pro and can not get a response from anyone to do an exchange or return. It’s been weeks. I’ve filled out the return and exchange form multiple times and not a single reply.

I really really wanted to like this case because I like the pattern and colors. However it doesn't work with any of my Apple Magsafe chargers and that is a must for me.
