At least a decade of using, still happy

Did not have to engage with tax experts. There were a few time I went to HELP menu, and was able to get good answers. Most of the issues were complexity of tax system. Jumping from FORMS to Easy Guide was tricky a couple of times. I still feel uncomfortable with e-file. Wish I could click on a FORM LINE and get taken to Worksheet, or maybe I just missed that.

The Federal Product is very good and fairly straightforward. The State Product is okay, less straightforward and could be improved.
