Broken and buggy

Unable to E file an amended return. Got an error and it said download new version, which I did. Now it just is an endless loop and will not e-file. Instead it just keeps looping with the same questions.
Worthless support.. there is NONE!

Good software can be made better!

Great software has been using for over 15 years. See if more details can be added when calculating as seem very hidden worksheets. This makes harder to check and be sure. Like I had much higher loss carry over and could not know why was not able to correct.

Reverting amend process needs more work and polish

It is very difficult to cancel the amend process once it starts. In my case, I later realized that I actually didn't need to amend, so wanted to cancel it. But, I ended up needing to manually update it in Forms mode and took time to find where I needed to manually revert. TurboTax needs to improve the amend revert feature more.

TurboTax is near great

TurboTax Premier does a great job for me. I have only one suggestion. When I click the link for more information, please use a larger font. It is frustrating to have to hunt up a magnifying glass to read the information. I have a touch screen and usually I can get the words or pictures to enlarge but not with TurboTax.
