THE WORST EVER

I have been using TurboTax for many years. I would give this year no stars. Nothing worked correctly and it took me way too much time from start to finish. Not sure I will use it next year. I am angry and exhausted. I was appreciative of the two ladies who tried to help me for 2 hours

I've been using Turbo Tax for quite awhile now and have never had any problems. The pop-up help screens are much appreciated and I like being able to actually switch to the forms to see how the questions correlate to the 1040 line. Answers from the community are very helpful as well.
