Turbo Tax is unreliable service.

Turbo Tax charged customer $45.00 before filling tax to the IRS, in spite of that receiving the following message during time of filing tax time.
"Refund Transfer payment method isn't available right now. To finish filling your return, select the option to pay with credit card or try again later." If this is case, then why Turbo Tax charged $45/- before filling tax to IRS.
