Turbo Tax Deficiency

I need to file an extension, and the app doesn't have a feature unction to perform that function. I tried teh search feature, and it said enter extend in the search engine and select jump to request an extention. That doesn't work. I called and a phone rep sent me a link to file an extension, and the link required me to reenter all my info. I've used Turbo Tax for many years, and this is the worst experience I've had with the app.

TurboTax really GREAT Program need some tweaks

It has become more complicated to use turbo tax over the last two years, however I really like the turbo tax program and want to continue using it but I would hope that Turbo Tax would bring it back down a little bit for the ordinary people to understand the questions better and your explanations need more details in a lot of areas.

Good Software, Misleading cost

Good software. However, cost is misleading as it says in includes filing for one state but then I had to pay $25 to file it
