Turbotax has complicated data input

Inputtng info for charitable deductions was more difficult this year than last, Intuit seems to be making things more difficult just like Microsoft has none with windows 11. Please go back to the 2023 type program.

Good with a few problems for me

Too slow loading and updating, should be able to choose whether or not to install updates each time. So far have been unable to print my returns. Printer is ok as I can print anything else

not as easy as last year investment boxes suck

the boxes for investments and banks are awful. they are confusing and caused much of the information to be entered twice requiring a line by line reentry and more than doubling the time need to check the filing. last years method was much more straight forward

Turbotax isn't easy to set up for multiple return

Not as user friendly upon initial set up as the CD was. IT caused me 3 hours of trying to figure out how to acess turbotax after downloaded.. required a rest on my computer to be able to access it.

Processing fee

Easy to use. not difficult at all. Only issue that I have is that it's advertised as e-file for free. What does the $40 processing fee count as?
