I believe you still need to improve the section on K-1 input. There seems to be a lot of confusion in entering line 20 codes Z and ZZ.
I also think having to come up with a nickname on this page is not useful.

Was loyal, but lost there way

Wish you still had the CD version as the download version crashed on the first try, just another frustration in dealing with your product such as second unit verification, passwords and establishing an account, not like your earlier years in providing convenience to the customer. Also did not like the general investments overview page, would like where the interest and dividend questions would come up after each other as in previous years instead of going back and forth in picking the sub icon squares in this version.

Best Tax software to use.

It makes it a lot easier to file taxes especially if you can transfer/download info from financial institution/brokerage.

Not as good as prior years

Not as good as in prior years. I have been using this software since it first came out (as Parsons). I still like it but feel it is harder to navigate this year and end up having to go back through sections multiple times.
