Constant LOOPS when trying to solver problems.
Search function stinks.
Endless UPDATES--even after reviews and Smartchecks, when it came time, minutes later, to file, I got an error because it needed an Update. FFS, tell me before filing!

Appreciate the effectiveness of entering data into the program with calculations accurately completed ... also appreciate the ability to acquire information from prior years of tax reports including utilization of tax carry over data from previous tas filings ....

Turbo Tax Program and Support - Outstanding

Minimal twist and turns this year. The new alphabetical format for reporting interest, dividends, and capital gains was different and will help me to adjust my filing system for next year. The support staff was of great assistance. I had two speedbumps to my return. The program prompted me to submit a state return for Washington state. Washington doesn't have state tax and doesn't require a return. Even at completion of my return, the program continues to remind me to submit my state return. The section on the 1095-A frustrated me because I only get a 1095-B and 1095-C. As suggest by your staff, I basically responded with a no and the program left me all. After decades use of Turbo Tax, the program continues to evolve and be better. The support staff was outstanding and continued to set the standard and provide excellent support when we need it.

Fix some things TT

The pop up screen to sign into TT, lockup my screen and made me hard start my computer. That is an annoying glitch you need to fix. Also why try to wring another 40 dollars out of your customers at the very end just before e-filing. Seems kinda chinsy.
I would also like to add info and documents just by searching in the program like typing in 1095-C into search. TT did not want to let me do that.
