Interest and Dividend information

The outline is still very self-explanatory. The way that INT and DIV are loaded by category rather than by institution can be time consuming. You must load the 'Interest' information for each Bank/Financial Institution, then return and load the 'dividend' or 'Cap Gains' for each (the same) institutions. The online 'link' feature is fine, assuming all of your account/institutions are recognized; I still prefer manual loading.

Saves time and is easy to use

Using TurboTax saves me a lot of time and helps me maximize my refund. I've found that there have been changes in the tax code, or something that I wasn't aware of and TurboTax handled it perfectly. In some cases I thought it couldn't be right, but after some research I find out that I just learned something new. It's a great and reliable way to do my taxes.

TurboTax new interface is far worse than old ones

The new format is horrible. Printing options are limited compared to past versions. Emails warning about deadline is totally annoying. Constantly selling advice gets old very fast. After using TurboTax for decades, I am going to look for another software going forward.

Turbo Tax is great

I have been using TT for 15 years. It is very intuitive and knowledgable and helpful assistance is available if needed. There always seems to be an error message requiring missing informayion in an open box somewhere etc. I used the personal service once this year to resolve such an issue. Very friendly and helpful, as always.
