K-1 are still a mess to enter correctly
A HUGE RIP OFF to add the $40 refund processing fee. Really, do you all not make ENOUGH MONEY already??? Gheesh.

Some things were not explained what was needed...no way to know where to get info which was on brokers statement...extremely frustrating when the info is there for you to utilize

Used TT for a number of years. Tax desktop package is easy to use amplified by my familiarity and no radical changes / "improvements" that impact logic flow.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

Turbotax Should Reevaluate its Tax Prep forms.

I have been using Turbotax for several years with reasonable success. Over the past two years I received two demands from the IRS for money that I owed that was not calculated in my Turbotax. I am hoping that my 2024 Federal and Michigan tax returns are accepted without me owing more money than Turbo calculated. In preparing the 2024 return I was not pleased with some of the changes Turbo made from 2023. Turbo made the entering interest and dividends more confusing and cumbersome. It appears that this level of difficulty is designed by Intuit to make finding and entering information more difficult to force the user to seek your new tax advice option.

Harder to work with this year. Very annoying to be pestered to purchase tax advice. We will look for alternative programs next year.
