TURBO TAX HAS PAYMENT ISSUES

I TRIEDTO PAY BY CREDIT CARD HOWEVER 3 DIFFERENT ATTEMPTS WITH A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT CARDS THAT HAD SUFFICIENT BALANCES AVAILABLE WOMAILIULD NOT GO THROUGH. THEN I TRIED TO PAY BY MAILING A CHECK, AND I'M STUCK IN A LOOP FOR A CREDIT PAYMENT. NOW I CAN'T EFILE MY RETURN.

Prefer a CD to load onto my computer.
Don't like the option requiring e-filing state return in order to file KC earnings tax refund.
Form 1116 Foreign tax credit does not allow for 2 separate investment accounts, then one account with RIC and Switzerland input.
