Turbo Tax a great tool.

Again a good experience using Turbo Tax. The directions are not difficult to follow. Used an expert to answer a question which was satisfactory.

Flaw in requirement for state ID code.No override

TurboTax needs to provide a way to continue without required a state ID code for Retirement Systems of Alabama who does NOT provide a state ID code.

Don't forget to update the software first!

I have been using TurboTax for probably 20+ years. Maybe I missed it but I don't recall a screen telling me to update the software prior to starting my return. Tech support figured out the problem after multiple update and computer restarts. Tech support was very helpful.

Stuck in loops on this clunky software

Clunky software, unintuitive, and frequently gets stuck in a loop when state was already purchased and installed.
