Really not worth the money anymore

Bought program for $100, then had to pay a professional another $100 to resolve an error in your desktop program..which TT refused to fix. The issue was Schedule E passive carryover losses, the program was giving incorrect figures. Who knows if they'll fix it for next year. I've used TT for years and this is probably my last year. Then I was charged another fee for filing my state..not happy.

Not good when married and have out of state income

Too difficult to file MFJ for fed and MFS for state. And you pay for state then can't efile.

Stable but not as helpful as I expected

It did the basics but required me to find and manually enter 2023 data (e.g. carryover) even though I filed with TT last year. Cumbersome user interface when adding information after a first pass & when paying for state & efile.

Ive been using Turbo Tax for years and found it easy to use, understand and complete my return. When questions came up I could usually find the answer in the guidance Turbo Tax could provide.

I love TURBO TAX, it has been my helper since I started filing my TAX each year. Because of its easy to follow guides it relieves the stressed in. filing my TAX every year.
