Seriously problematic

Been using turbo/macintax for many years. This year was by far the most complicated. Way too many glitches and I don't have time to identify all of them. It wasn't broke before so it didn't need fixing. I almost gave up using it this year.

Turbo Tax is the best

i have been a user of turbo tax since it first came out for DOS. Although my returns have gotten more complicated over the years, turbo tax does a good job walking me through. I especially value the ability to import donations from It's Deductible. This saves hours of entering in donation records.

excellent. some question regarding federal and state are confusing. but software should say that as per the state rule this will be added.

Every year the format changes, some good and some bad.
The Interest and dividend page a one screen of mess.

One of the bad experience. Unable to add Adjustment income in Schedule 1 Part 24Z .. IRS provides this option but your software will not.
