Audit Defense Program Glitch

All good until the last day. I had no problems or issues creating my return. It took three months, but I had no program issues. However, when I was done and ready to upload the completed return, the system would not allow me to do that because of an issue with the option to purchase Audit Defense. It required a two and a half hour phone conversation with two customer service reps and the issue is documented in Case Number 1550699573,

Turbo Tax - Comfortable Tool Once You Get Started

It was easy to use. Getting started was very stressful, and took 2 hours with one hour being on the phone with a Turbo Tax technical rep. The rep was excellent and worked through the problems, but it was unnecessary stress I could have avoided if the product had initialized properly. In any event, once I got going, it was easy. Better explanation and guidiance is certainly needed for the various state returns.

Turbortax is the best!

I have been using Turbotax for 25 years and never had an issue file my taxes. I have grown to trust the accuracy of the software and feel very confident when it's time to submit my federal and state.
