Could stand some improvement

I am still being disappointed by the lack of clear and concise information regarding certain tax information. For instance, why can't you just plainly state that my OPM disability is or is not tax free? Another issues that I have is that you don't automatically save my returns on your servers. I changed from a Dell computer over to a new iMac and so did not have access to my previous TurboTax filings.

I have used turbo tax for at least from the time that they came out to the public. I have done my own personal taxes and also each of my children's and their children's. It is all very self explanatory and easy to use. I had to use the smart guys once and they came thru and it processed. Thanks to you i don't have to do this by hand and also had to keep up with the tax laws each year. You saved me a lot of time and energy.

I am a part time resident of Costa Rica (Expate) and the program did not include much support for foreign income and/or deductions. I believe I was able to figure it all out and make the proper disclosures and filings/inclusions regarding my Costa Rica Bank accounts, savings, assets, all being less than $400K for 2024, so, all good but it was a little tough navigating the foreign investment portion of the turbo tax program. But, all good for now and I believe all went well. Filing complete and maximum refund obtained. In my retirement years, mostly very happy with Turbo tax. Thank you and many blessings.

turbotax in error

I have used turbotax for years. This year I had to change computers. the information turbotax put on from last year is in error. I checked last years return on my old computer and it is correct. I will have to reconsider if I use turbotax next year because you caused me a lot of time to research.
