TurboTax marketing practices are downright deceitful. It should be clearly stated upfront that the TurboTax Premier product includes one state filing but demands an additional $25 to e-file that return. Burying this crucial information in the fine print is unacceptable. TurboTax needs to be transparent and honest.

This year was difficult, The income and expense information did not load up from the previous year. This needs to be more clear to highlight lines that need to be filled in. I was not happy with the software this year.

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. Today I needed help in figuring out what I had done incorrectly that was causing an inaccurate result. Mark was patient and knowledgeable and with his help, I quickly saw the error and resolved the issue.

TELL US WHAT BROWSER TO USE!!!

Actually got a REFUND because I couldn't download date from my bank(s) AND brokerages, but then I changed browser to Edge and eveything finally worled. Called my retailer and had a "re-charge" for sales price. TT should advise customers which browsers don't work. (In this case it was "Brave" but I think Duck-duck-go does the same thing. A *TON* of stress and wasted time.
(Also, no Partner for Capital One for added needless pain.)
