Love Turbo Tax

I have used TurboTax for years. Is it the best? I don't know. I find it easy to understand and use. I've had no need to check out other tax software. I love this one.

I love how TurboTax makes the process easy to use. However, it did not properly bring the data from Schwab over to TurboTax. Please fix that problem.

Easy to use unless you have questions

Easy to follow and import investment documents...this saved me a significant amount of time. However, whenever I had questions, the search many times didn't answer my question. I didn't find the AI Assistant helpful either.

Seems many upset customers with this years unproductive and inefficient changes.

I have a small business plus I use "fully paid lending" in my investment account. You insisted on overlaying my business name and type code to reflect fully paid lending which is NOT my primary business. If this must be treated as a separate business, your software doesn't work correctly. I finally let the return go with the wrong business name.
In the review section the push buttons don't work.
In the sections where I enter Dividends and Interest, you do not always capture the instutition ID and you never captured the account ID so the IRS won't be able to match my filing with what it gets from the reporting institution.
You don't let me name my accounts so I can match them up easily when I'm verifying data. I frequently have multiple accounts at the same institution. So naming everything M&T is not helpful.
I cashed in some EE bonds. The interest list shows interest for my other 1099-INT's but not for the EE bonds.
It is very difficult to navigate back to a completed section.
Your review flags items that I never had to enter.
