Live help charges showing up before Audit defense was new this year and confusing to me. I always buy Audit defense, but this was new and confusing and I ended up buying both.

You renovated the questions and the system, but the taxes didn't change that much. Led to lots of questions and slow downs. It just seems like unnecessary "change for change sake." The hard peddle of your BUY MORE options was also unwelcome. Go low key! Give it a try.

This garbage gets worse every year

Been a user for 25 years and it literally gets worse every year. Missing forms, and this year, for the first time, I tried to efile my Illinois state return - what a nightmare. Nothing works! Had to move the file to my laptop, and then was finally able to pay for the efile, but then it took several failed attempts to actually do the efile. Should have printed and mailed it at the first sign of trouble!

I have used TurboTax for many years now, but I find the product is becoming less user friendly and won't allow me to cut and paste from outside sources. I'm not sure if I will continue using them.
