Do not use the word REFUND unless there is one

Please remove verbiage about getting your biggest refund when I pay EVERY YEAR! I filed and the sections that follow the e-filing are still mentioning refund! This is very annoying.

Best tax program of all!

I have been using TurboTax for a very long time. I have found TTax to be very easy to use plus with the contextual help I can quickly get answers to my questions. I also greatly appreciate the improvements that have been made over the years. Being able to be “walked” through filing out all the tax forms is a huge plus for me. Keep up the great work. Thank you.

Long time user, first time reviewer!

For many years I have depended on Turbotax and until this year would have given a 5 star rating. The 2024 solution had a few bugs, and didn't handle the state correctly ( manual file. ) There is a tarnish on the crown.... Still usable -- took 10 times longer.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

I like the software and how it steps you through the process or allows you to pick and choose what to work on. I appreciate that the overall user interface has remained the same down through the years.
The cost of e-filing for state taxes is higher than most. Take the cost down to $15 and I bet most users would use it.
