Not good for state filing by mail

You must give an option not to file electronically with the state return. Every year I have to fight to find a way to send it in without filing electronically. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS!

Turbo Tax is a Superior Product

I formerly used Tax Cut (H&R Block). It required a while to become accustomed to the change, but I am much more confident in the accuracy and completeness of TurboTax. Once one becomes accustomed to the interface, I think it is also easier to use. Overall, I believe TurboTax is a superior product.

TurboTax has not improved with time. It's just as cumbersome as it was 10 years ago. I'll be seeking an alternate next year.

TurboTax 2024 isn't as good as prior versions.

Turbotax 2024 was a downgrade from previous versions of the Premium package. In past years I could download information from the 7 different investment accounts we own and everything could be kept separate for viewing. This year, the gains and losses for sales were all combined in a single form. I wasted hours trying to get around this, to no avail. YOU might think this was an improvement, but it definitely wasn't for me. Also, the price went up significantly but no CD option was available. I view that as paying more but getting less. Finally, turbotax 2024 couldn't be downloaded onto the computer that I have always used solely for my financial stuff because the iOS for that computer couldn't be upgraded any more. That means I had to do my taxes on a different computer that has more exposure to the internet. Now I need to plan on getting a new computer before next year. Again, another "upgrade" that is of zero value to me. The last thing is the supposed $10 discount on another product. I don't have to do state taxes. The $10 discount is worthless.

FORM1310 SUPPORT SUCKS!

limited ability to handle from 1310 and 1310N are a concern.
System didn't automatically ask me for those forms when filing for a deceased person the in current tax year.
ALSO I WAS CHARGE FOR FILING A NEBRASKA RETURN BEFORE THE SYSTEM DECIDED I COULD NOT E-FILE BECAUSE OF FORM 1310.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! $20 FOR ORDER NUMBER TTDCA271202117
