Very good product for for template change

Overall a good product. Did not like the new template and graphical treatment when adding dividends, interest, and brokerage information. The previous template was much more intuitive.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PRODUCT!!!

Product is confusing and provides minimal help, mainly (it seems) to steer users to pay for additional services at every turn. The company's greed drips from every screen and decision point, which has been designed to trick, cajole, or otherwise compel you to pay more. Meanwhile, it is all to easy to miss crucial decisions. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PRODUCT!!!

Unable to transfer previous year info

Couldn't Transfer my info from 2023 return Instead it transferred the ENTIRE 2023 return. Called for help and was told I would have to input myself
Make it easier to locate area for Roth conversions

5 Decades of using TurboTax

I've been using TurboTax since the late 1980s. During all those years, I've only had one IRS request for additional information, which was my oversight not TurboTax. I've utilized their tax advice service several times, which was spot on. I like the options for interview or self-directed. I highly recommend TurboTax.
