Turbo-Tax is my trusted CPA alternative!

Overall I have been well-serviced and satisfied with your support, and trust in the accuracy of my entries being processed correctly, and filed accordingly. My only 2 disappointments having to do with file Imports and links to data entry in some Worksheets.
I have in the past lost an imported file when adding a subsequent file, and had to reenter it. I have also experienced on occasion that some data has been dropped during the download/import, which has caused me to spend a significant amount of time assuring the completeness and accuracy.
I have also had problems in using the Linking of entered date into the corresponding Worksheet(s). I would prefer to having the option to enter my date directing from my tax document into the Worksheet, without having to link it from the document where entered to go through it for entry into the Worksheet.
I especially appreciate the accuracy and assistance in providing my prior year's return when starting the current year. It provides an excellent double-check on not forgetting or overlook missed required entries.

A few changes from last year made it a bit confusing but it was manageable. Great product overall.

There is a problem with the software. Schedule 1, lines 24z or 25 or 26 can't be filled.

I've been using TT since 1996. It works. It's annoying sometimes... I especially DON'T like that it tries to upsell us every chance it gets. If the Software worked right, why would we need to talk to an additional pro for an additional 60$? Why would we need to buy insurance? It makes me feel as if Intuit doesn't trust it's own product.

Long time customer but extra fee for filing and paying with credit card is very annoying. It should be part of the overall cost. I may look into using a tax preparer next year
