I use Turbo Tax every year

Turbo Tax either cannot completely interpret Edward Jones 1099-R, 1099-B, or 1099-OID worksheets or Edward Jones forms are incomplete.

TurboTax is showing its age and effects old code.

Too many inconsistencies which cause delays and having to look up answers elsewhere online for how to resolve the problem. Especially true when have to manually search forms and edit the info directly there. For example, why can't last year's donation recipients and amounts be shown automatically ? Why go through hassle of entering info when standard deduction is the inevitable outcome. One has to have extra-ordinary medical bills to qualify!
