Buggy connection to internet, very time consuming

The program rarely was able to connect to the internet so if there were updates I could not obtain them. I had to reboot my computer so the program could finally connect to the internet when I was ready to file electronically.

My experience with TurboTax was great. I had four experienced people helping me at different times to help me with my tax questions and it went very professional.

This import was unsuccessful !

despite tax documents are successfully transferred from 3rd party sites(from pop up window), but the desktop application is still complaining "This import was unsuccessful. Internal server error"
i have tried at least 10 times multiple days but observe same issue, eventually end up manually typing all the forms.

Turbo Tax continues to be our go to software for doing our taxes. Always has a solution to our current taxes.

I like Turbo Tax...BUUTTT!!!!!

THIS YEAR WAS A MAJOR PAIN. I COMPLETED BOTH FEDERAL AND PA STATE RETURNS ON MAERCH 31 2025. UPON TRANSMITTING THE RETURNS MY COMPUTER TRANSMITTED FOR % hours non-stop. I had to perform a Force Quit to get out of the endless transmission. I took seveal days off from messing with this. Then on Thursday 04/10/2025 I regained my composure to try again. I opened Turbotax (Premeir), and it performed an update. BUT when I tried to open the saved file...I was given a message that my saved file (saved by Turbotax) could NOT be opened since it was created by another program. I'm guessing that the updated caused this problem. So, I started over from scratch...lucky me...BUT this time it did transmit!!!!!Praise the Lord!!!!! Thank you God!!! I hope this doesn't happen nextyear.
One more problem: When I called Turbotax to down load and pay for the 2024 version of Fed and PA state...The girl rep sent me the WRONG programs. Another girl rep sent me the CORRECT downloads and held my hand until I was up and running. I asked about the first bill I received. She said she would send me a refund form which I did receive. When I attempted to use the form, I entered my order number but was told it wan INVALID??????? What the heck!!!!!! So How do I really get a refund??????? The amount was like $47.
