Could be better

Reasonable program but not as user friendly as H & R Block but may be more accurate and saved me more money.

Turbo tax is good

Turbo tax flaws are magnified this year. Forms unavailable making it impossible to efile. Forms not in Turbo tax can't be downloaded from IRS. Must request forms from IRS by mail, then file Turbo tax by mail

Good product!!! Limited number of returns

The turbotax product is good. Makes it easy to file your returns. Disappointed that i can only file 5 returns. I file my 5 children and my own. Should be at least 10. I am not a professional tax preparer.

Make it compatible to existing operating software

Turbo tax works, but it's a pretty awkward piece of software. It feels like it was written 20 year ago and just get updated with new tax forms.

Bad year for TurboTax

Typically I am able to go in to Turbo Tax in the new year and see last years return and have that feed a lot of the data for the new year. When I went to do that this year, it couldn't find the file and I had to enter everything as a new set up. Next there were issues between itemizing deductions for the state return that aren't deductions on the federal return. It caused quite a few headaches that I haven't had to deal with in past years.

Satisfied with the software

Overall, I was satisfied with the software. The interface was clunky in some areas, ie. inputting the earnings required too many screens to get to the data entry screen. A nice clean tabular screen would be easier.
