A bit buggy this year

I've been using TurboTax for years and will no doubt continue to use it. But it seemed a bit buggy this year, especially when I jumped back and worth in the sequence of questions and data entry windows.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

You never know if the updates are complete. My Missouri showed me owing much $$$$. Then the next update I suddenly had a surplus of $1,964 because I had already prepaid what I thought I owed. I think it had something to do with Teachers and Social Security.

FEES FOR STATES AND STATE E-FILINGS ARE EXTORTION

The fees for each additional state and then again to e-file each additional state is outrageous.
I like the product, but these added state fees are pure greed and makes me hate Intuit and TurboTax.
