Time killer steps

Sometimes it can kill you time with extra steps . Also if an entry is being made and it asks you to fill the box sometimes you just want to go all the back but there is not option to do that and searching to find the area you entered the information originally to re-update becomes very challenging

Turbo Tax is Easy to Use

I've been using Turbo Tax for at least 25 years and love that the software walks me through the end-to-end process. There's a lot of helpful tips and information available throughout the process that assist me with any questions that I may have along the way.

TURBO TAX IS GETTING WORSE SO SO DISAPPOINTED. BEC

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR 20 YEARS AND THIS IS THE WORST YEAR EVER. THE SOFTWARE DID NOT IMPORT 1099 DIV FULLY. i HAD TO CALL MY BROKERS AND SPEND HOURS ON THE PHONE GETTING FOREIGN TAX INFO THAT LAST YEARS TAX PROGRAM DID IT ALL AND I HAD TO GO THROUGH A LIST OF ALL MY MUTUAL FUNDS INDIVIDUALLY AND COMPLETE QUESTIONS. LAST YEAR TURBO TAX DID IT IN ONE SIMPLE DOWNLOAD. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED THAT I WILL PROBABLY BUY ANOTHER TAX PROGRAM ELSEWHERE FROM YOUR COMPETITION.
