Taking away the CD option is NOT appreciated. Been a loyal satisfied customer for many years, without any issues. Always purchased the Premier, with State, version. Wife and I have our own Intuit accounts and file as MFS from separate PCs after using the included CD. Never a problem. But now for 2024, upon her logging into Intuit, hits error stating that my "license code is already linked to another account". Having to share an Intuit account is not a good practice at any time and was not previously required.

TurboTax Is Excellent

Worse every year

TurboTax gets less helpful every year. Instead of walking you thru doing your taxes, it asks too many short questions without providing a clue as to how you're supposed to know the answer. Also seems to make you input answers to questions that have already been entered.

TurboTax is still the best, BUT...

As far as doing your own taxes at a reasonable cost, TurboTax cannot be beat. However this year was the first year that I had true frustration with the product. The fact that TurboTax Premier 24 did not support my Mac OS unless the computer was running at least an OS version 13.0 was VERY DISAPPOINTING. I would like to know whether it was Intuit or Apple (or a combination of the 2) to blame for this, but I want my voice to be heard on this matter.
