Turbotax crash out

This years Turbo tax a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

THIS YEARS SOFTWARE WAS AWFUL. BOTH MY PARTNER AND I NOTICED HOW BAD IT WAS. In past years I had confidence that the software was guiding me correctly and was considering all options. This year both my partner and I got stuck in the Arizona return with the contribution to charity. Once entered it was very difficult to figure out how to change it.
On the federal there were two paths to take for farm income. I followed prompting for both assuming it would recognize this and pick the best route. However, instead it allowed me to enter it in both places and doubled this income amount for me. Thankfully I noticed it before I filed, otherwise I'd have paid income tax on the same income twice.
I am very disappointed in this years software, and am seriously considering alternatives for next year.

TurboTax not longer cares if their software has glitches or problems. They just want you to use their Live Tax Advice which you have to pay for. I have never been so annoyed with a software.

Hated new changes to format

I have used Turbo Tax since its inception (when it was Parson's !) This year changes were made to the format which made it really hard to use, and I did not get the chance to import last years return as a guide to the entries I needed to make as compared to last years. Very unhappy camper here. Possibly consider one of other two choices next year.
