Shortcomings of Turbo Tax 2024

Good explanations and guiding through the whole process. However, the Capital Gains on Bonds and Equities are difficult to report from an account with a foreign bank which reported directly to the IRS but does not issue 1099 forms. This resulted in having to file form 8453 by mail. this was easier last year.

I have used TurboTax for at least seven years and never had as much trouble as I have had this year.
Things seemed much harder to accomplish, to the point that I plan to look at another program next year.
