Had to Upgrade to Premier to Import Investments

TurboTax still works well, but this year we had to buy Premier version to import 1099s from our investment companies. It used to work with Deluxe version.

Help was not available o.n program which sucked and made it harder. lUpdates take way to long each time I go in and out. and raided pricing on states

TurboTax Desktop for 2024 is inconsistent/flaky

I've used TT for over a decade. 2024 is the first year I've lost confidence in the reliability and accuracy of this program. Inputs and ability to provide supporting data are inconsistent at best. Unexpected recalculations occur even when I'm not doing anything but reading or occur then disappear when going back or to "next." Entries such as ownership of 1099Rs that are imported don't get transferred properly to the TT forms at times. I feel the program is unreliable and must be doublechecked manually - a disappointment I've not experienced before. Guess the current TT team is not up to standard as this product certainly isn't.

Still old Turbotax with all its limitations

Interface is still the same as years ago. Nothing better. Also it is a shame that TT is not able to read information from downloaded banks' pdf if one can't link with the bank though TT. TT is still not user friendly enough.
