you should allow more than one credit card to pay with due to credit limits.

I have been using TurboTax for DECADES: Wonderful!

I have been using TurboTax for DECADES. Such tax help and support just does not come any better. Also, I ran into a problem 2024 taxes. It was MY ERROR. I called 800-446-8848. Chanti answered. We set up a shared screen process. She stepped me through everything. PERFECT. Found my error. I can sleep tonight not worrying about my taxes. THANK YOU!

turbo tax is not what it seems

not happy being charged for state return when it says i bought software includes the state at no cost, so you lied to people and ticked off that you didn't give me the 300$ motor vehicle credit. I may use another software to amend if its possible. Not happy with this product, this is the last year i have to include brokerage infor.

The step-by-step process is very helpful. There are tutorials along the way. I appreciated the online help as well as the customer service representative. The person was fast and accurate.

It beats filling out forms on your own

I really like how the most time consuming entries can be imported and the software cost isn't outrageous. But, I think there's much about the product can be improved though.
